Cover hot tub when done. A water watcher wrist band is available to keep you and your people safe. We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries.
*Please reports any damages, breakages, or malfunctioning equipment immediately so that we may repair or replace the item. We understand that accidents happening but need to be notified.
*Please DO NOT Move furniture from one room to another to avoid any damages or breakages.
*No Eating or drinking in the Bedrooms
*Please do not overstuff the washer/Dryer. If clothes are full of mud, please wash off outside and then place into washer.
*Please turn off electronics and lock all doors every time you leave the house
*Our home is appropriate for children, however, nothing is childproof. Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times. Please do not let your children or others climb of the deck rails, they are not meant for that and accidents will likely happen.
*Pets are NOT permitted inside the house unless already approved prior to arrival. If you have an outside pet, you must clean up after them. If you have a service animal, you are responsible for any damages and extra cleaning needed.
If there is evidence of a pet being inside the home or damage done, you will be charged extra $500 for the cleaning that will be necessary and also asked to leave the premises due to breaking the rules without refund.
