Welcome to Breakwater, an exquisite private home situated in the heart of Sag Harbor. Amenities include a heated pool, outdoor shower, soaking tub, outdoor grill, and a separate pool house. Plus, Breakwater is conveniently located near Haven’s beach, Foster Memorial town beach, and circle beach, making it the ideal home for any real estate professional looking to enjoy all that the Hamptons has to offer.

Pool heating is available for an additional $75/night and is designed to maintain temperatures up to approximately 82–84°F under normal operating and weather conditions. Outdoor pool temperatures may vary based on weather, usage, and other external factors. While we make every effort to ensure the heater is functioning properly, pool heating cannot be guaranteed at a specific temperature at all times. In the unlikely event the heater is unavailable due to a mechanical or service issue, pool heating fees will be refunded. Utilities, including pool heating, are billed separately for stays over 14 nights.
Landscaping, pool company, and pest control maintain a weekly, biweekly, or monthly schedule.
